RETURNS
Unfortuantely, we do not accept returns. We will only accept a return if a mistake was made on our end, we will ship a new item (done correctly) within 24 hours of the time we were notified of our mistake. We are not able to accept returns of any items that have been embroidered with incorrect text due to the customer's mistake.
